We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.
5. User Content and Vehicle Records
You retain ownership of the vehicle records, notes, images, documents, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of User Content you enter or upload, including maintenance logs, costs, parts data, insurance details, inspection results, and business customer records.
MyServiceBook is a record-keeping and management tool. It does not verify mechanical work, parts authenticity, inspection outcomes, or legal compliance of submitted records.
6. Sharing, QR Codes, and Third-Party Access
The Service allows you to share vehicle information through QR codes, share tokens, history access grants, business link requests, and vehicle transfers.
- You control what you share and with whom.
- Anyone with access to a valid share link or QR code may be able to view the information you expose through that mechanism.
- You are responsible for revoking access when it is no longer needed.
- We are not responsible for how third parties use information you choose to share outside the Service.

If you use Business Mode or operate a business account, the following additional terms apply:

- You must obtain any required consent before storing or processing customer personal data in MyServiceBook.
- You are responsible for managing employee access, invitations, roles, and permissions appropriately.
- Appointment, invoicing, customer, and fleet features are operational tools only and do not constitute legal, accounting, or regulatory advice.
- You must not use customer data for purposes unrelated to vehicle maintenance and business operations supported by the Service.
- If your business account ends, you remain responsible for exporting or lawfully handling customer data beforehand where required.
8. Fleet, Location, and Messaging Features
Where enabled, fleet features may include driver assignments, operational messaging, and location-related requests. You agree to use these features lawfully and only with appropriate notice and consent from drivers, employees, and other affected individuals where required by applicable law.
We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, availability, or fitness for safety-critical operational decisions.
9. AI-Assisted Features
Some features use artificial intelligence to analyze images, dashboard warnings, or other inputs and provide informational suggestions.
- AI outputs are provided for convenience and general reference only.
- AI outputs are not professional mechanical, diagnostic, safety, or repair advice.
- You must not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for qualified inspection or professional judgment.
- We may log AI usage to enforce fair-use limits and improve reliability.
10. Subscriptions, Payments, and Business Plans
Certain features, including Business Mode capabilities, may require a paid subscription processed through our payment provider, Creem.
- Prices, plan limits, and included features are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future billing periods.
- Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Free trials, promotions, and exemptions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual Property
- The Service, including software, design, branding, databases, and documentation, is owned by MyServiceBook or its licensors.
- Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

- MyServiceBook trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the app or by contacting support@myservicebook.gr.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions.
15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

- Service interruptions, data loss, bugs, compatibility issues, or third-party provider failures.
- Vehicle damage, safety incidents, repair disputes, or resale valuation outcomes.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyServiceBook from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of third-party rights, including claims related to business customer data you process through the Service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email where appropriate. The updated Terms become effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
