Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MyServiceBook is operated by its co-founders, Panagiotis Arvanitis & Kostas Tepetes ("we", "us").

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using MyServiceBook you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@myservicebook.gr if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. The service

MyServiceBook is a digital service book for vehicles. It lets you record vehicles, service history, reminders, refuelling and documents, share a vehicle history, and use AI-assisted features. We may add, change or remove features, and we will tell you in advance about changes that take away something you pay for.

5. AI features

AI features, such as photo analysis, voice entry and research, can be wrong. They give general information, not a professional inspection. Always check safety-critical matters with a qualified mechanic.

When you use an AI scan of a physical service book, the pages you upload are stored and may be sent to AI providers so we can generate maintenance records from them. We may also use scan inputs and results to evaluate and continuously improve scan accuracy, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your content

You own the data you add. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you. Make sure you have the right to upload what you add. When you share a vehicle history with a business or through a link, the people you share it with can see it.

7. Businesses

If you use MyServiceBook as a business, you are responsible for the customer data you add, including having a lawful basis for it under the GDPR, and for your employees’ use of your account.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not add false information, for example about a vehicle’s history, to mislead a buyer.
• Do not try to access other accounts, disrupt the service, or scrape, copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

9. Plans and payments

• MyServiceBook has free and paid plans. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Paid plans are sold by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) as our Merchant of Record. Creem processes the payment and handles invoices and VAT, and its checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscriptions and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, which also cancels an active subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep MyServiceBook available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be error-free or always available. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and give you notice in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim there.
